Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes what you may and may not use aiglossa tools for. It applies to every generation, upload and shared recipe.
1. What you may do
You may use tracks you generate for personal and commercial projects — videos, podcasts, games, apps, presentations, background music for clients — without additional royalties, subject to this policy and to the terms of the model provider.
You are responsible for how you use the output. We generate audio with AI; we cannot guarantee it is free of similarity to existing works.
2. What you may not do
- Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law, including content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Impersonation — generating audio that imitates a real, identifiable person's voice, or presenting generated audio as a recording of a real person.
- Hate and harassment — content that promotes hatred, violence, or targets individuals or groups.
- Adult sexual content (NSFW) — we do not allow generation of sexually explicit content: pornographic lyrics, moaning or other sexual audio, sexualised descriptions of real people, or any track intended for adult sexual use. This applies to prompts, lyrics, uploaded photos and saved recipes alike.
- Sexual content involving minors — prohibited absolutely, with no exceptions. Attempting it results in immediate account termination and a report to the relevant authorities.
- Deception — using generated music to mislead (for example, fake evidence, disinformation, or claiming a track was performed by a named artist).
- Copying protected works — asking the system to reproduce a specific existing song, melody or lyric that you do not have rights to.
- Abuse of the service — scraping, automated bulk generation outside the product, attempts to bypass credit accounting or rate limits, or reselling raw access to the generator.
- Uploading content you have no right to use — including photos of other people without their consent.
3. Uploaded images
When you upload a photo, it is used to derive a short description that shapes the generated music. Images are stored so that you can re-use a recipe; they are not shown to other users unless you choose to share a recipe that references them.
Do not upload images of other people, private documents, or content you do not have the right to use.
4. Ownership
You keep the rights to the images you upload. Subject to this policy and to your compliance with it, you own the tracks you generate and may use them commercially. We do not claim ownership of your tracks, and we do not use them to train models.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this policy, remove content, and refuse further service. Credits spent on violating generations are not refunded. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
6. Reporting
To report abuse or a rights violation, email support@aiglossa.com with the details and, if applicable, a link to the content.
